Initial Consultation

Service Description

This session is an introductory offer to get you started. You can choose between a 60 minute deep tissue/sports massage or injury assessment. I will ask you to fill in a form before we start, then we will have a discussion about any pain or tension you may have and what you would like to get out of the session.
